Marko O. Roslycky is an associate lawyer at Mackesy Smye, practicing personal injury litigation and civil litigation.

 

Prior to joining Mackesy Smye, Marko worked as a Crown Attorney with the Manitoba Prosecution Service. He gained valuable trial experience prosecuting a range of criminal and provincial offences. Marko is comfortable advocating both in and out of the courtroom to ensure fair outcomes for clients. His empathetic approach helps clients feel supported throughout each step of the litigation process.

Marko graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg in 2019.  In 2023, he earned his Juris Doctor from Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba.

He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2024 and the Ontario Bar in 2025.

Marko is a member of The Hamilton Law Association, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, and The Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association.
