The sudden passing of Tom Bordonaro Q.C.

We, at Mackesy, Smye, were saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Tom Bordonaro Q.C. on October 31, 2013.

Tom was a fine lawyer who had a successful private practice but also made a significant contribution to the law as a federal prosecutor and Small Claims Court Judge.We were sometimes on the same side and at other times on the opposite side of a dispute but Tom was always a gentleman who was fair.He was well liked and respected. The Hamilton legal community will miss him.
