“Greatness starts with a single step on the path to success”
As an Articling student at Mackesy Smye, you will gain experience in all aspects of a personal injury practice, with opportunities to attend motions, mediations, pre-trials and examinations for discovery. Students will draft court documents including motions and pleadings, conduct legal research and appear regularly at Court.
Articling students have an opportunity to work with various partners throughout the term. Our program is focused on teaching the practical aspects of litigation, with hands on training. Interested candidates should apply to Mackesy Smye LLP by 5pm, May 16, 2025. Applicants can apply via email to Alana Crugnale, at crugnale@mackesysmye.com. Applications require a cover letter, resume and law school transcripts to be considered.
