Gregory P. McKenna, LL.B.

Gregory P. McKenna is a partner at Mackesy, Smye, LLP whose practice focuses primarily on personal injury, with an emphasis on those who are injured in motor vehicle accidents. Since joining the firm in 1998, Mr. McKenna has had extensive experience before the Superior Court of Justice arguing numerous motions and points of law. He is well known by the Hamilton judiciary and has gained great respect from the court as well as among his peers.

Mr. McKenna has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario and before various administrative tribunals. Throughout his legal career with the firm, Mr. McKenna has successfully resolved the cases of many injured accident victims mostly through settlement but also through trial.

Mr. McKenna is a proud member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. McKenna is a life long Hamilton resident, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in 1992, before attaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 1998.
